When fishing season opens, Outback Outfitters Guiding Service offers float trips down the Delaware River in a 16' McKenzie drift boat that is equipped for the fisherman to stand up and cast. As the fly fishing season slows on the Delaware, fishing takes off on the lakes, streams and rivers of the Adirondacks.Both fly-fishing and spin fishing are offered for full day and half day trips. Fishing packages include staying at our B&B and a full day of fishing down the Delaware, all for a special price. Two day fishing trips with an overnight camp-out are also offered. Remote fishing excursions are offered in the Adirondacks which include a fly in. Instruction is available to all. All the fishing trips are relaxing, include lunch, and are scenic. Many times bald eagles are spotted as well as deer, geese, ducks and an occasional bear. |

hunts are offered in the Catskill & Adirondack Mountains with hounds.
Combined "cast and blast" trips are a full and active day with duck or
turkey hunting in the morning and fishing in the afternoons. Coyote, bobcat,
& fox hunting are possibilities during the winter season.
Bow hunting is offered in the Catskills for deer & bear. Stands are provided if needed. Guided hunts are offered on private land. Lodging is available at Anna B's Continental Bed & Breakfast. Big gamehunts for deer and bear are offered in the Adirondacks at Fork Horn Camp and Outback Lodge in the fall. Both guided and semi-guided hunts are offered as you hunt for that elusive Adirondack "big buck". Enjoy staying in the comfortable wall tent cabins which offer comfortable bunks, kitchen and warmth. Outback Outfitters Guiding Service offers turkey hunts in the Spring and Fall. Hunts are conducted on over 100 acres of private land in the Catskills. Success rate hovers around 75 %. Fishing begins in the Catskills in April and continues through October. Full day float trips down the Delaware River are offered for trout, small mouth bass, shad and walleye. Starting in June and through November, the Adirondacks offers great fishing for trout, bass, and landlocked salmon. Both fly and spin fisherman are welcome. |
